Shipping policy

 

Please double check that your mailing address is correct and complete (particularly that your apt. number is included if applicable). *Re-delivery of failed shipments will be charged to customer according to Canada Post rates.

We have a free PICK UP option at check out if you would like to pick up your order from us here in Chilliwack, BC.

We use Canada Post for all order mailings and customers receive a tracking number.

CANADA POST FLAT RATE BOX will be used to ship orders outside of British Columbia, or to areas within British Columbia where the Expedited shipping cost exceeds $17 +tax. Otherwise, we ship via Canada Post EXPEDITED package.

FLAT RATE BOX SHIPPING TIME:
Within the same city: 1 business day
Within a region of Canada: 1-3 business days
Between two regions of Canada: averages 2-7 business days

EXPEDITED SHIPPING TIME:
Within the same city: 1-3 business days
Within a region of Canada: 1-4 business days
Between two regions of Canada: averages 2-8 business days

Our current shipping rates- as of Aug. 21st 2025;

British Columbia: $17 + 5% gst
All other parts of Canada: $20 +tax
USA: $26 CDN no tax- ships via Canada Post Expedited/USPS
